Cancellations require 30 days advance notice. You may be billed during this 30 day period. Your cancellation may take up-to 14 business days to process.
TERMS OF TERMINATION:
I have read and agree to the BeamHost policies, as well as to the following statement: BeamHost cancellation policy and refund policies are separate. A cancellation does not always entitle a customer to a refund, and many payments made to BeamHost.co.uk (e.g. Account Setup Fees and Costs, Domain Registration, SSL Certificates etc) are non-refundable regardless of cause. BeamHost will make a valid and conscious effort to contact you and work out any disputes. Please note, you are required to act in accordance to our terms of service and acceptable use policies until your contract with us is terminated by us in writing. Confirming contract termination is not an instant account closure, but a start to a termination procedure. It may take up to 14 business days to process a cancellation request. Closing your BeamHost account will result in the following:
- Web hosting package or virtual private server will be suspended or shut down.
- Your billing cycle will stop if you cancel 14-business-days or more before your next invoice.
- We will, unless otherwise requested, retain your contact and account details in our system for 356 days after your cancellation, just in-case you wish to return to BeamHost.
- Due to administrative requirements we will issue refunds, if any, within 14-business-days after your cancellation request is processed.
- We will keep you up-to-date of your cancellation process via your cancellation request trouble ticket.
By confirming contact termination, you agree to be bound until your account is closed and for a period of ninety days after cancellation, by all terms, conditions and policies of BeamHost outlined in
